for the New Life Vineyard Tournament – April 14-15, 2023

 Important Dates:

• Affirmation Statement agreement and fees must be received by March 23, 2023.
• We reserve the right to drop registrations not received by March 23, 2023.

Things You Need to Know:

• On-line registration does not complete the registration process.  Registrations are not complete until you read the Affirmation Statement and fee payments are received.     

• If, due to extenuating circumstances, fees cannot be submitted on time, a request for extension may be submitted to the tournament director.  This request must be submitted by email prior to the registration close date. (March 23, 2023) Send requests to Jacqueline Molitor, molitor@yahoo.com or Marilyn Schubert, dmschubert@charter.net

• Fees for events dropped after registration closes are still due and payable; they are not eligible for refund.

Affirmation and Fee Payment Instructions:

1.     You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay your tournament fee.  You may pay using MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover cards.

2.     Using the total payment amount calculated from the Joy of Tournaments tournament registration site (from the “Fees” tab), enter the payment amount below. 

3.     Read the Affirmation Statements below and when you submit payment you are affirming that you will abide by what you have just read.

  

Affirmation Statement

To participate in the tournament, the following statements must be affirmed by submitting payment with the PayPal button below.

We, the individuals listed above, have read the Christian Communicators of America (CCA) Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, and Code of Conduct.

We, the above listed, affirm general agreement with these documents and agree to comply with the CCA Code of Conduct. If I disagree with or fail to abide by the Code of Conduct, my family agrees to withdraw from CCA events.

We also affirm that the participating student(s) are home educated and meet the age requirements as specified in the CCA Debate Standards and IE Divisions and Eligibility.
