Dear Coach,

We cordially invite you and your students to attend the 63rd Annual Bellaire Forensic Tournament to be held on October 11-12.

This year's tournament offers a number of competitive opportunities for all students ranging from novices all the way through the best students in the state and the country.  Students may compete in either individual events or debate events.  Students in individual events will receive two preliminary rounds followed by semifinals and finals.  Debate students will receive 5 rounds of CX and 6 rounds of Lincoln Douglas and Public Forum.

Several experienced coaches have agreed to help work the IE and Debate tab rooms as well as our Judges Room and Extemp Draw.

We encourage you to enter your students into the tournament as soon as possible.  The last four years we have filled over 100 rooms of competition several weeks prior to the tournament.  Last year Public Forum (quarterfinal TOC bid) had 137 entries.  We anticipate more growth this year.  Enter early to guarantee a spot.  Entries must be received by 5pm Friday, October 4th on Joy of Tournaments.  Name changes must be received by 5pm Tuesday, October 8th .  All changes before that time will be accepted free of charge.  After 5pm Tuesday, final fees are set.  All entries must be made on the Joy of Tournaments.

The Bellaire Forensic Tournament was the first TFA qualifier and we are happy to now offer TOC qualifications.  Others have come and gone, yet we have remained constant.  We invite you to join us in this 64th anniversary competition.
