Friday night Fellowship Meal is at El Toro Mexican Restaurant - 10602 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40223

 Please indicate on the Meals Tab the number from your family going to the meal. Everyone will order and pay at the restaurant.

 

The restaurant will count on having the number of participants that we indicate to them after tournament families have signed up, so please keep this commitment if you register for meals!

 

Meals during the tournament -

·        Families may bring coolers to use during the tournament.

·        Competitors are urged to bring nourishing snacks and simple meals that can be eaten quickly between rounds.

·        Hangout/eating space is in Fine Arts - no need to bring any food items to Cooke Hall during check-in.

·        No crock pots please.

·        Please keep the eating space as neat as possible.

·        Clean up all food and personal items Friday evening. **

·        Coolers and personal items need to be removed from Fine Arts by Saturday afternoon.

·        No food or drink allowed in the competition rooms except for water.

·        Hospitality will be available for Guest Judges.

·        Coffee will be provided for parents! 

 

 

** A representative from each club should plan to be responsible for making sure students keep food and such cleaned up during the day, and please do not allow them to leave a mess when they leave Friday night. Please require them to clean up all trash and have anything they leave for the night (coolers, etc.) placed neatly on the tables or against the walls.
