Please be sure that judges are present for instructions at the designated times. Rounds will begin at the designated start time or earlier, so judges and students should arrive before the start time.

From the time the speaking commences the session should last 80 minutes.

Presiding Officers: Please make every effort to bring at least one presiding officer for every eight students you have entered in Congress. Without POs, students' speaking time will be affected since time from the session will need to be spent electing a PO.

Entry Fees: $8.00 per student entered. Please give your entry fees to Portia Rivera, WBFL Treasurer, during the tournament.

Judging Requirement: Each school is required to have 1 judge per 10 entries. Coaches of large squads cannot judge as we cannot avoid conflicts. Failure to provide the required number of judges can result in your team being dropped from the tournament, in whole or in part, per tournament director’s discretion.

Judge Eligibility: Judges should be high school graduates or older. Judges should be able to read, write, and speak English with relative ease. Please provide legislation to the judges prior to the tournament if possible.
