Dear Colleagues,

We are thrilled to invite you to the 2nd annual Jackrabbit Jamboree Tournament on February 7-8, 2020.  At this tournament we will be offering Novice/Varsity Divisions of LD, Policy, and Public Forum and the full compliment of individual events.  We are pleased to announce that the UK Tournament of Champions and the National Individual Events Tournament of Champions (NIETOC) have both designated us as a qualifying tournament.

Because of scheduling conflicts, we are unable to host a full Congressional Debate competition, however, we are happy to offer the first Arizona Congressional Debate Tournament of Excellence, open to one competitor per school, capped at 20 entrants total.  More information is posted on the Congress Docket tab.

We will once again host the "Cottontail" Middle School Congressional Debate division.  This will be held on Saturday, concurrent with the Individual Events competition.  This is the only event open to Middle school competitors.  All other events are for students in grades 9-12  only.

Please note that all entries will be due prior to 3:30 p.m. on Friday, January 31, 2020.  Please enter early in order to ensure your spots.  If we run into space limitations, we will open waitlists and accommodate as many entries as possible.  Any drops after February 5th at 4pm will be assessed the entry fee amount for said event(s).  Additions to the entry and modifications will also be accepted until that date.  Schools will be allowed to enter only six  students or teams in any event or division (see the information section for exceptions).  Please post your drops and/or changes online as soon as you are aware of them.  Entries and drops will only be accepted through www.joyoftournaments.com/az.  Do not  fax or call in entries/drops.

Per AIA regulations, we may not permit Arizona students to enter independently, or to act as their own coach.  All teams must have a coach recognized by the administration at the school present at all times.

Students may enter Congressional Debate, one traditional debate event, and two individual events.  Fees will be charged as follows: $16 for each team event, and $8 for each individual event. We do not charge a school base fee.

Checks and purchase orders should be made out to:
