MIDDLE OF NOWHERE

We at Rankin High School hope you will join us for the 2012 Middle of Nowhere TFA Qualifying Meet!  The meet has been scheduled for Saturday, January 7, 2012, on the Rankin ISD campus. 

We will offer the following TFA qualifying events: CX, LD, Public Forum, Congressional Debate, Duet Acting, Duo Interp, Humorous Interp, Dramatic Interp, Original Oratory, Domestic Extemp, and Foreign Extemp.   TFA rules will apply to all qualifying events.  LD will use the spring UIL topic.  Public Forum will use the January NFL topic. 

We will also offer Prose, Poetry, and Impromptu.  Prose and Poetry will be reader's choice and we ask that your student use the same selection - whether it meet UIL category guidelines or not - throughout the duration of the tournament.   

Please note, we are a small campus so entries are limited.  Get in before space is gone!

We look forward to hosting you, in the middle of nowhere, for the first meet of 2012!
