Dear Colleagues,

 

This is your invitation to attend Wildcat Roundup 2011, a Texas Forensic Association Qualifying Tournament, and a NIETOC qualifier,hosted by the Plano Senior High Speech Team.  This event will take place on September 3 at Plano Senior High School.  We know you don’t have budgets yet, so come play and then pay later.  We are continuing a one day format because we know that gasoline prices are hurting us all. We will be providing outstanding Plano hospitality to coaches and judges; we will also provide a complete concession stand for the students.  Because of construction, we have a reduced number of rooms this year and will not be offering Policy Debate.  All other TFA events will be offered, as well as Poetry and Prose.    We will once again enforce the objectionable language rule in order to meet the community standards of Plano Sr. High and our city.  This means that students who use profanity in any event may be disqualified from the tournament.  If you have individual questions about what might be profane, please E-mail those specific questions about words, phrases and/or material to karen.wilbanks@pisd.edu.
