Western Bay Forensic League Invitation
What: WBFL Open Individual Events Tournament (open ONLY to League members)
When: Saturday, January 21, 2017
Where: Narbonne High School, 23400 S Western Avenue, Harbor City, 90710
How: Registration will be through the Joy of Tournaments website. If you are unable to register online before the deadline, you may forward your registration information to Chris James at firstname.lastname@example.org and he will register your entries. Please make sure that you meet the deadline as Chris cannot accommodate late requests for this tournament. Also remember that judge names are due with the registration. Registrations that do not cover their judging commitment may be dropped.
Cost: $8.00 per single entry; $16.00 per dual entry.

Schedule: Our goal, as a league, this year is to start at to the designated time. In order to do so, everyone needs to make the commitment to BE ON TIME. Upon arriving to the tournament, PLEASE check in immediately with Chris. When you check in, you be asked about any drops as well as any judging changes; however absolutely NO adds/substitutions will be allowed.

Judges: Each school MUST provide one judge per 6 entries (Pattern A or Pattern B, whichever is greater) or fraction thereof. Make sure you have enough judges to cover your entries through all rounds and that your judges plan to stay for the entire day. Judges need to arrive by 8:00 AM for judging instructions. PLEASE inform your judges that it is imperative they be ON TIME. Late judges cause the tournament to run late. Thus, failure to fulfill your judging commitment in its entirety (including having your judges arrive promptly) may result in dropped entries at the sole discretion of the Tournament Director.
