Thursday, March 28th - LD and PF Debate ONLY (Entry numbers may change this)
1:45 – 2:45 p.m. Registration will take place in the Auditorium Lobby
3:30 or ASAP Round 1 – Debate
ALL JUDGES REPORT to the Auditorium Lobby by 2:45 p.m.
Because the debates take different amounts of time to run, all other rounds will be posted and run as soon as they are prepared. We will try NOT to begin the last round of the night after 9:00 p.m.
Friday, March 29th - ALL EVENTS
ALL JUDGES REPORT to the Auditorium Lobby by 2:15 p.m.
The first round on Friday will be dictated by the numbers remaining in Debate. If the numbers are still high, we will probably need to start with the debate events, if they are not, we will probably be able to start the IE events. No matter what, the first round will begin at or close to 2:45 p.m or as soon as we can get teachers out of their rooms and we have enough judges available.
The schedule will operate much like it did on Thursday. Because different events take different amounts of time and because of double-entered students, all rounds will be posted and run as soon as events are tabbed and paired, rooms are available, and we have adequate judges. We will try NOT to begin the last round of the night after 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 30th - ALL EVENTS
The Saturday schedule is determined by the rounds we have on Friday. We will post a revised schedule here and at the tournament on Friday evening.
ALL JUDGES SHOULD REPORT to the Main (Administration) Lobby by 7:30 a.m
ALL COMPETITORS SHOULD REPORT no later than 7:30 p.m.
Each round will be posted as soon as possible.
Awards will be presented as soon as possible. Location to be determined.
