Tournament Sample 5

This tournament requires:

• 1 judge for every 5 Individual Event entries, or pay $12 for each uncovered entry
  • This quota applies all events at this tournament, so a school would simply add up their total number of entries (remember: 2 members of a Duet Acting team count as 1 entry) and divide by 5 to see how many judges they'd need.
  • Rather than being charged per judge, a school is charged according to how many entries are not covered by a judge. For example, if a school brings 22 entries and 4 judges, they'll have 2 uncovered entries. In that case they'd pay $24 in judge fees.
