2008 Red Raider Invitational TFA Qualifying Tournament Dear Colleagues: On behalf of the Texas Tech University Forensic Union, I would like to invite you and your students to the annual Red Raider Invitational, a Texas Forensic Association qualifying tournament. The event will be hosted on our campus on Friday and Saturday, September 26-27. Some important details and changes for this year’s tournament: · 3 preliminary rounds in all debate events, one preliminary round in all individual events ; novice workshops for younger competitors · No IE judging fees as long as you provide one judge, though additional judges are always welcome. · $250 forensics scholarships will be offered to the top 3 IE speakers, 1st place CCX debaters and to the 1st place TFA-LD debater.
