Judges Fees: Each college or university is expected to provide one qualified judge for every two debate teams entered. Judges should plan to judge one round beyond the point of elimination of their students. ALL DEBATE JUDGES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE FIRST ELIMINATION ROUND. Hired judges will be available at $75.00 per uncovered team. Individual Events Fees: For individual events, each judge covers six entries. Uncovered entries require an additional judging fee of $8 per entry. ALL INDIVIDUAL EVENTS JUDGES WILL BE ASSIGNED AND/OR HELD ON STAND-BY STATUS FOR ELIMINATION ROUNDS. All judges are expected to be qualified and familiar with the event rules.
