Spontaneity XXIX
September 26-27, 2008

 

Dear Colleagues and Competitors,

 

The time has once again arrived to begin thinking about tournament activities. Newman Smith High School cordially invites you to attend Spontaneity 29. The TFA qualifying Speech and Debate tournament will be held on Friday, September 26^th  and Saturday, September 27^th at NSHS, 2335 Josey Lane in Carrollton, Texas, 75006.

 

We offer Humorous and Dramatic Interpretation, International, Domestic, and Novice Extemporaneous Speaking; Student Congress; Original Oratory; Poetry; Prose , Duo Interp and Impromptu. In addition, offered are four prelim rounds of debate and both varsity and novice divisions in LD Debate, Policy Debate, and Duet Acting.  

Included with this invitation is a tentative schedule and general participatory rules. Please note that to ensure competitive judging quality no entries will be accepted after Friday, September 19th, 2008. Enter online at www.joyoftournaments.com. Please no phone or fax entries.
