5th Annual Pat Jurek Speech and Debate Tournament

Dear Colleagues,

We would like to invite you and your students to Calhoun High School's 5th Annual Pat Jurek Speech and Debate Tournament on January 30 & 31, 2009. Deadline for entries is Wednesday, January 28, 2008.

 

This year’s events are CX, LD, Extemp, Prose, Poetry, Duet Acting, Solo Acting, Storytelling, Record Mime, Oration, Bible Reading, Duet Improv, Impromptu, Extemp, Prose and Poetry. Most events will be separated into Novice and Senior divisions. Debate prelims will be held on Friday, January 25th. We will be following UIL rules for our tournament.

 

Schools will need to bring a judge for each day they will be competing. Please include the names of your judges on the entry form.
