  3. Deadline for submitting legislation is Friday, March 17, 2012. Each chapter & affiliate school may submit up to two pieces of legislation (consult the NFL District Student Congress manual for correct formatting.) A packet of legislation submitted by the deadline will be compiled and posted at http://www.nflonline.org/SouthTexas/HomePage  . Schools are responsible for printing and distributing legislation to their students. No copies will be available at the tournament site.  Additional legislation may be submitted that will be included for the non-qualifying chambers only.
  4. Check back during Spring Break for more information concerning the time schedule and procedures of this tournament.
  5. All outstanding NFL national fees must be paid by April 11th or you will not be allowed to compete. [NFL rule.]
  6. Students wishing to serve as presiding officer shall apply for appointment on the Joy of Tournaments website.
  7. Entry fee checks should be made out to "South Texas NFL."  (Schools that attended the NFL District speech/debate tournament at Bellaire HS will have the annual fee removed from their fee statement.)
