JUDGING: All judging problems must be resolved by the Committee. If a coach wishes to lodge a protest PROTEST: against a particular judge, he must lodge that protest to the committee at registration for debate on Thursday and for IE’s during registration on Friday. A coach can NOT lodge a protest against an entire slate of judges from a particular institution.
