This year we are requiring that fees be paid in advance. Failure to pay in advance will result in a $100 charge and preclude you from online registration.

Note schedule changes explained below for LD and Pubic Forum

Parking

You can legally park on campus in any STUDENT spot after 1 pm on Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. On Monday parking permits will be available for $3. Please see the ballot table to purchase one if you are in elimination rounds on Monday.

Public Forum Schedule change

Our tournament procedures dictate that if entries fall below 40 we switch to a 6 prelim schedule. That should make it possible to finish the event in two days. So the revised schedule for public forum only is:

Sunday, April 15th – University of Nevada, Las Vegas - Public Forum only

8:00 am – Round 5 pairings released

9:00 am – Round 5

11:00 am – Lunch

Noon – Round 6

3:00 pm – Elimination Round 1

4:00 pm - Elimination Round 2

5:00 pm – Awards

6:00 pm – Elimination Round 3

7:30 pm - Elimination Round 4

Saturday schedule won’t change.

Sunday, April 15th – University of Nevada, Las Vegas – LD only
