Dear Fellow Forensicators:
The forensics programs of the Kansas City Kansas Community College and West Texas A & M University are pleased to invite you to the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Swing, October 23-25, 2009. Both halves of the swing will be held on the Kansas City Kansas Community College Campus.
The first half of the swing will be hosted by KCKCC. The tournament will begin on Friday with five preliminary round of parliamentary debate. Darren "Chief" Elliott will be running the NPDA tab. Then on Saturday, two preliminary rounds, semis (if necessary), and finals will be offered in all 11 AFA-NIET events. Debaters will be allowed to enter both individual events and debate in this tournament.
The second half of the swing will be hosted by West Texas A & M University. Two preliminary rounds will be offered in all 11 AFA-NIET events on Sunday. Semi finals (if necessary), and finals will also be held.
The forensics programs at West Texas A&M University and the KCKCC have been preparing for what will surely be a competitive, enjoyable, and educational tournament swing. We look forward to seeing you in lovely Kansas City, KS for some outstanding competition.
