Dear Lincoln-Douglas & Public Forum Debate Coaches,

 

The Barrington High School Forensics Team cordially invites you to the first Barrington Winter Classic.  We’ll be hosting our tournament on Saturday, February 25, 2012.  We will feature both Lincoln Douglas and Public Forum.  We can promise you a well-run tournament with some of the best competition in Illinois at the novice, junior varsity and varsity levels.  We'd like to see our tournament expand in the years to come, so competition from out of state is more than welcome.  

 Three divisions of Lincoln Douglas will be offered as well as Public Forum.   A very limited number of judges may be hired from the tournament, but your entire judging commitment cannot come from tournament hire.  We will be utilizing the March/April LD and the March Public Forum topics.
