NFL Student Congress Runs during the Bonneville tournament during debate.
NFL CONGRESS REGISTRATION MUST TAKE PLACE ON THE IDAHO MOUNTAIN RIVER NFL TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION PAGE ON THE JOY OF TOURNAMENTS.
Bonneville will also run student congress chambers for those not entered in NFL congress. If you register on this site "Bonneville" you will be registered for the Bonneville Classic Invitational, not NFL Congress.
NFL Congress will be a completely separate tournament. Registration for NFL Congress is due by February 5, 2010 as per NFL rules.
Bonneville Public Forum Debate will run during speech times.
The schedule will allow a student to enter NFL Congress and Bonneville PF.
Each school may bring a maximum of 16 debate entries. Each LDer counts as an entry and each policy team counts as an entry. Schools may not enter more than 6 entries in any single division (without managment permission). Schools may enter 6 students in each speech entry or public forum.
