JUDGE REQUIREMENTS: 1 Judge per every 2 debaters/teams per debate event, 1 judge per every 5 IE events including congress. Schools MUST meet their judge quotas.
STUDENT CONGRESS: Legislation must be submitted by email as a Word attachment NO Later than Friday, January 27, 2012. Please use the templates on the FFL website. Legislation submitted after January 27
th will not be accepted. Please email bills to

REGISTRATION: Schools must register for the tournament via Joy of Tournaments. Coaches will be required to enter student names/events, judge names and pools, all OO, OI, DI, HI, and GI titles, publication information, and lunches. This is required by FFL. Registration deadline is Tuesday, January 31, 2012.
TOURNAMENT DAY REGISTRATION: 7:30 – 8:00 AM
REGION COACH OF THE YEAR: Each Coach should email one nomination for coach of the year to
bthicksiv@gmail.com. All coaches recieving at least two nominations will be put on a ballot, and we will vote AT the tournament. Nominations must be made before Jan. 31st. There is a form for nominations above in the JOT tournament content line.
