Registrations open: April 16, 2012, 7 a.m. EST

Registrations close: April 30, 2012, 7 p.m. EST

Fees and signed agreements must be postmarked by May 1, 2012

On-line registration does not complete the registration process.  Registrations are not completed until fees and signed agreements are received. 

• Fees must be postmarked by May 1, 2012.
• We reserve the right to drop registrations whose fees are not postmarked by the due date.
• If, due to extenuating circumstances, fees cannot be submitted on time, a request for extension may be submitted to SusanMiller.CCO@gmail.com prior to registration close.
• Fees for events that are dropped after registrations are closed are still due and payable; they are not eligible for refund.

 Please note the signature/fee statement page must accompany your mailed registration.  Please print the fee statement, sign it (signifying your agreement) and send it with your fees (made payable to CCO) to the address listed on the fee statement page.
