AOSDA,CPR, In Truth, QTO, and Steubenville Speech & Debate Clubs* are invited to register for the CCO Mount Vernon Speech & Debate Tournament to be held April 13 -14, 2012 at Faith Baptist Church, Mount Vernon, Ohio

 

 

Registration Dates:

Registrations open	March 12, 2012	7 a.m. EST
Registrations close	March 26, 2012	7 p.m. EST
Fees and signed agreements postmarked by:	March 27, 2012

  

Registration Details:

    

• On-line registration does not complete the registration process.  Registrations are not completed until fees and signed agreements are received. Please note: The Fee Affirmation page must accompany your mailed registration.  Please print the fee statement, sign it (signifying your agreement) and send it with your fees (made payable to CCO) to the address listed on the fee statement page

 

• Fees not postmarked by the due date will cause registrations to be dropped from the tournament.

     

• If, due to extenuating circumstances, fees cannot be submitted on time, a request for extension may be submitted to the tournament director.  This request must be submitted prior to the registration close date.

 

• Fees for events that are dropped after registrations are closed are still due and payable; they are not eligible for refund.

 

*ACE, grACE, KAIROS, CSDC, and Theophilus Clubs are invited to register for the Hillsdale tournament.  SWAT, LOGIC, PRIME, and Rhetoric clubs are invited to register for the Kentucky tournament.   If you are a member of one of these clubs, please return to the ccodebate.org home page and click on the registration link for the appropriate tournament.
