CCO Speech and Debate Tournament

at Upper Arlington Lutheran Church in

 Hilliard, OH

February 10-11, 2012 *

 

Registrations open:  Monday, January 9, 2012, 7 a.m. EST

Registrations close:  Monday, January 23, 2012, 7 p.m. EST

Fees and signed agreements must be postmarked by

Tuesday, January 24, 2012

 

 

* ACE, CPR, CSDC, grACE, Kairos, QTO, Steubenville, and Theophilus are invited to register for the Chagrin Falls tournament at Parkside Church.  If you are a member of one of these clubs, please return to the ccodebate.org home page and click on the registration link for the Parkside tournament. 

 

If your club is not listed, please register for the tournament of your choice.

 

On-line registration does not complete the registration process.  Registrations are not completed until fees and signed agreements are received.  Preference will be given to participants from Ohio and those who have committed to participate with CCO.  

 

• We reserve the right to drop registrations not postmarked by January 24, 2012.  Late fees will apply.

 

• If, due to extenuating circumstances, fees cannot be submitted on time, a request for extension may be submitted to the tournament director, Kathy Donegia kathydonegia@att.net  This request must be submitted prior to the registration close date.

 

• Fees for events that are dropped after registrations are closed are still due and payable; they are not eligible for refund.

 

  

Please note the signature/fee statement page must accompany your mailed registration.  All participants (including younger children) must sign the fee statement.

 

 Please print the fee statement, sign it (signifying your agreement) and send it with your fees (made payable to CCO) to the address listed on the fee statement page.
